This is a lot to take in. We know, and we’re sorry about that.

If it’s any consolation, every single member of The Travel Agency has tried to quit at some point or another. In fact, we’d be worried about you if you didn’t occasionally want to chuck the entire operation and never look back. But every time you make a break for it, something nudges you right back behind the steering wheel, doesn’t it? That’s not punishment, kid. That’s you and your dear old guardian angel preventing you from wandering off a track that you already chose. (Yes, you chose it. We’ve got the paperwork. You signed off on everything.)

So take courage. The job is tough, but you can do this.

Travel with a light heart. Keep your compass clean and lend a kind hand wherever you can. Never abandon a fellow traveler! The strange backcountry has a way of proving what a fellow’s made of, and you never know. It might just turn out to be the truest mettle there is!

But in all seriousness, you are free to resign from the Agency at any time. Just put it in writing and leave it with Marvin’s secretary. We’ll be sure to keep a light on if you ever get the itch again!
